About Us

MY NAME IS mel thomson

I bought my first 1 bedroom property in Dennistoun, Glasgow back in 2014 with a little help from my father. With a little help from a few friends I was able to carry out a few improvements and like many others I sold a couple of years later for quite a profit.

My next property was a small buy to let in Glasgow’s west end and also a parking space in the City Centre. After earning nearly 50% on both of these, I officially had the buy to let bug!

Unfortunately it did not last and I was badly burned in the 2007 crash.

Undeterred, I began re-building my buy to let portfolio in 2012 and in 2014 moved into airBNB. Now, with over 34 AirBNB flats under management, we help current landlords increase their income through converting their buy to let portfolio into AirBNB lets.
